We collect and store email addresses submitted to us by users voluntarily on a database on our server and in individual email software on PCs. We DO NOT pass on an email addresses to a thrid party without prior notice to the email owner.We would never add an email address to an emarketing list and take measures to protect the data held on our server and individual PCs. In short, we will never send you SPAM emails - as we value your loyalty. We may however occasionally send you an email to remind you of our services, these promotional emails will always inlcude a simple unsubscribe link.
Submitted data is periodically cleared from our server, however the data submitted via forms is held on users PCs for an indefinite period of time. None of the data submitted using our forms is considered sensitive. You should make your own virus checks and implement your own precautions in this respect. All liability for any such damage is hereby expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
